National Puppy Day!

Followers of my other blog know that I heart cats (I heart cats so, so much). But before we had three cats, we had Eddie! And although he’s no longer a puppy, I thought I’d take the time to show him off for National Puppy Day!

It’s World Photo Day!

Hello and Happy Friday! Today I learned that it’s World Photo Day. According to their website, “World Photo Day is an international photography event on August 19th that celebrates the passion for photography in our communities.”

Now, I am by no means a photographer. I’m not even sure if I should call myself an amateur photographer. I just enjoy taking pictures (mostly of my pets), so I usually keep my phone handy. But on occasion, I do break out my real camera and take a few shots.

Griffith Observatory & NKLA

Ross and I spent the day in Los Angeles yesterday, first attending the Best Friends NKLA adoption event, which happened to be located fairly close to the Griffith Observatory. We had tried going to the Observatory once before, but we weren’t able to find parking that day.
